The jury returned $1.8 million in compensatory and punitive damages, finding that Odom conspired with the pharmaceutical company to obtain Viagra from the Internet.
The case began in 2009 and began after the federal jury found that Odom conspired to supply drugs from the Internet to consumers.
Odom was found not guilty by a jury verdict of 18 counts of misbranding, misbranding of products to treat a disease or condition and conspiracy to sell pharmaceuticals.
